Refund policy
Refunds do not apply to the following goods: digital goods - ebooks and audiobooks. These are instant downloads.
Please choose carefully. Refunds are only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of the first purchase, in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.
Refunds for physical goods
There is no return for a change of mind. Returns are given for faulty/damaged items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking).
For refund queries, please email stephanie@stephaniemirro.com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of the faulty item. If the item is defective, we will refund or resend your goods - your choice. We want you to be happy!

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
